The Langtang valley trek has been most aptly described by Bill Tilman as “the most beautiful valley in the world”. This trek leads you to the breath taking natural wonders of the Langtang region.
Langtang valley is located to the north of Kathmandu. Encircled by the high peaks the Langtang valley trek gives you an opportunity for a panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks. As the valley is known as the “treasure house of alpine” you will enjoy the endless stretch of alpine forests and varieties of flowers during your trail.
With the proximity of the Langtang valley to the southern border of Tibet this region is inhabited by the Tamang community whose religious practices, language and customs are similar to the Tibetans.
